At Motion Boardshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, items that have been skated, mounted, or modified cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your gear for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
