Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout if you need to hit the pavement sooner.
Do you offer professional assembly for completes?
Yes! If you purchase a complete setup, our expert shop techs will assemble, grip, and tune your board to perfection before it leaves our warehouse at no extra cost.
What is your return policy on used skate gear?
We accept returns on unused and unridden items in their original packaging within 30 days. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on boards that have been skated, scratched, or modified.
Do you ship longboards internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
